Administration is a direct advisor to the Fire Chief assistingwith formulation and implementation of the Fire Department Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Budget. This position counsels and assists fire department personnel at all levels with work-related situations, policies and disciplinary actions.Administration is responsible for human resource administration within the fire department including coordination and interaction with the Human Resources Department, Legal Department, and Fire Union.This position assists the Fire Chief with development of long-range plans accomplished, in part, through planned management of all aspects of fire department facilities and apparatus from design/purchase to ongoing maintenance and retirement.
